David E. Frank

PRINCIPAL ATTORNEY

David Frank is the firm’s owner. He primarily handles complex business and real estate disputes. He began his practice in 1986 with a prominent commercial real estate law firm in Sacramento. Since then, he has tried dozens of cases before judges, juries, and private arbitrators throughout California, and has served on the boards of several organizations, most recently as President of the Placer County Bar Association. In addition to serving as lead counsel on several complex business and real estate litigation cases, Dave also has served as General Counsel for a family-run oil company during the mid-late 1990s and a prominent Sacramento real estate development company since the early 1990s through the present.

Dave has also served as a pro tem Settlement Conference Judge and Arbitrator for Placer, El Dorado, and Nevada Counties, and has been retained as a private mediator in highly sensitive and confidential private disputes. Dave is probably best respected for the practical legal advice and realistic case assessments he gives to his clients.
